Announcing the Prize Winners for the RQAS Biennial Exhibitions 2020 – Queensland Figurative and Young Artist Award.

Congratulations to all artists who entered these Exhibitions and a very special mention to those who were awarded prizes and commendations! Judged by Andrew Bonneau the standard was incredibly high across all sections of the Biennial.

JUDGES COMMENTS: A clear and sophisticated understanding of form. An evocative atmosphere with multiple light sources. A very clearly defined rational yet somewhat irrational space. A narrative that keeps you engaged – the logic of a dream.
