Our venue hire options are ideally located close to Brisbane City, with street level access and ample parking available – perfect for exhibitions, groups or corporate events.
VENUE HIRE & SERVICES
We have two venue spaces available for hire – our street level Gallery & Exhibition space and a Studio space located on the 2nd floor of the gallery.
Our venue hire is ideal for exhibitions, group conferences and corporate events.
Our venue is well equipped with tables, chairs, projector, whiteboard use and wifi access. We also offer printing and catering services to make your venue hire easy. Please advise on your requirements at time of booking.

Parking
- Directly in front of Gallery – Mon to Fri, 2 hr parking 9am to 4pm, Clearway 4pm to 7pm
- Across road from Gallery on Petrie Terrace – Mon to Fri, 3 hr parking 9am to 4pm, Clearway 4pm to 7pm
- No limits on parking on weekends
- There are two car parks which can be made available in the gallery car park but needs to be requested at time of booking.
- Some 2 hour parking available in side streets
- Accessible from Roma Street train station and also bus services to Petrie Terrace
Important Information
- All listed pricing includes GST.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon booking.
- A minimum of 4+ hours must be booked.
- All bookings must fit within allocated time slots.
- Public Liability Insurance of $10M is required.
- Hire times need to include time for setup and clean up.
- Please contact the gallery to organise your hiring arrangements and hire times.
- An additional charge will apply on booking depending on the level of advertising you would like the RQAS to undertake
