Event Category:

Why did humans evolve to be so fascinated with other animals?

In the exhibition ALL CREATURES & WILD THINGS we are looking for works that respond to this theme…

Artists are invited to consider humans’ behavioural relationships with animals. They are called on to depict imagined, observed or experienced perceptions of the natural world. Works may explore environmental and scientific themes or investigate animals in folklore, symbology or the domestic realm.

The Royal Queensland Art Society is delighted to welcome Robert Kerswell to the Petrie Terrace Gallery as judge and guest artist for this exhibition.
