Conditions of entry:

Exhibitors agree to their work being reproduced for publicity purposes.
Artworks to be delivered to the Gallery at 3/162 Petrie Terrace, on the Bring in Day.
Entries must of be related to a RQAS studio session, class, workshop or art group.
Works can be in any media, 2D, 3D and sketchbooks will be accepted.
Multiple artworks can be submitted but each artists display can not exceed 1.5m in width.
The work must be suitably presented and ready to be safely displayed. Please clearly mark the artist’s name, title of artwork, and price on the back/underneath work.
Artworks do not need to be framed, unframed works on paper will be accepted.
Artworks will only be displayed at the discretion of the Gallery.
All works need to be easily carried by 1 person.
The gallery will charge 27.5% commission (including GST) on all sales.
Entries are accepted, displayed, and returned at the owner’s risk. All care will be taken, but no responsibility accepted for loss or damage.
Freight and insurance are also the owner’s responsibility.
Entries may ONLY be picked up at the end of the exhibition.
Works not collected within three months of the exhibition closing date will be dealt with at the discretion of the Brisbane Branch Management Committee.

Hanging your 2D works.

Framed work or works on canvas must be ready to hang using “D” Rings. With the top of the loop placed approximately 5cm from the top of the frame, this allows the hooks used to hang your artwork in the gallery will not be seen.

RQAS reserves the right to not accept artwork if it is not safely presented and ready for hanging.

Please locate your artwork label on the back but hanging below the edge of the painting on the lower right-hand corner so it can be viewed from the front.
