Salon des Refusés 2025
Join the celebration of Brisbane portrait artists and their sitters at the 2025 Brisbane Portrait Prize Salon des Refusés. This annual event aims to encourage public engagement with the arts while showcasing the talents of local portrait artists.
The Salon des Refusés is a partnership between the Brisbane Portrait Prize and the Royal Queensland Art Society, and features works selected by Salon Judges. The exhibition provides excellent exposure for the artists who have entered the Brisbane Portrait Prize but were not selected as finalists.
