Lynne Parfitt



Lynne is an award-winning artist who studied for 3 years at the Julian Ashton Art SchoolSydney, in the 1970’s. Since then, she has been on a journey discovering herself as an artist, scholar and educator; travelling, teaching Information Technology at Q.U.T. International College, and currently, teaching art to people with disabilities.  

Figures are an important element in Lynne’s artworks, including portraiture, figures, and landscapesusing oils, acrylics and pastels. She loves to capture the personality of people, and is fascinated with colour, movement and atmosphere in scenes. All her artworks are original and inspired from the impact of being on the spot.
