Diane McDonald has enjoyed a life-long love affair with art but only in the last five years has she been able to turn her attention to her passion on a fulltime basis.
She has explored her creativity through a variety of media but always returns to her favourite, acrylics.
Diane works from her home studio in The Gap, taking inspiration from the natural surrounds from her attic window, colours and life itself.
“I don’t feel like I fit into a specific genre as I like to produce a variety of works, often depending on where the mood takes me,” Diane said.
Diane exhibits regularly, welcomes commission work, and is planning her first solo exhibition within the next 12 months.
